2. How do I manage schedule, control quality from thousands mile away?
Luxpack:  1) Over 70% of our worker has experience over 8 years
2) We are ISO9001 certified, and internally QC will check in each procedure

--- after sanding
--- after painting
--- PU in-coming inspection
--- after wraping
3) Our English speaking customer service team will keep communicating to you:
--- Will send you sample to approve
--- Will send you image of first-off piece in mass production
--- Will send you quality inspection report before shipment
It is our principle not to hide bad news from our customers.

3. What is your main business?
Luxpak: We specialize in jewellery and watch display, through all the years, we have wide experience in develop your concept into actually production with perfect excution.


4. Do you have minimum order?
Luxpak: Our minimum order is 50 sets/ pieces per item.

5. Can I have my own logo?
Luxpak: Yes, please send your digital artwork with the following specs:
--- 300 dpi or above
--- .EPS or .TIF file preferred, avoid JPEG
--- Image size need to be 100%
And we will charge $45 for silkscreen print or hot stamping

6. What is your payment terms?
Luxpak: Our payment terms is 30% deposit and balance before shipment

7. Can you deliver to my door?
Luxpak: Yes, we work with best logistic company to do this, of course expenses to be charges.
